Do you bill insurance companies?

Many insurance companies will reimburse for my services. I don’t bill insurance companies directly, but will fill out the form needed for clients to submit for reimbursement. I do request payment at the time of service.

What is your cancellation policy?

I understand that sometimes things come up. I don’t charge for missed appointments, but I really appreciate 24 hours notice. On the rare occasion when clients miss more than once, we talk about how to avoid it in the future.

Do you promote a “series” of sessions like some practitioners I’ve used?

Everybody’s needs are different, and I encourage clients to set their own timetables. Some come back in a week, others a few months, for others it may be a year or more. It all depends on you. My interest is in meeting your unique needs, and in partnering together on how to do that.
